Sertleşme Sorunu (Erektil Disfonksiyon) Nedir?
Sertleşme sorunu, diğer adıyla erektil disfonksiyon, erkeğin cinsel ilişki sırasında yeterli ereksiyon sağlayamaması ya da bunu sürdürememesi durumudur.
Bu sorun yalnızca fiziksel bir yetersizlik değil; aynı zamanda zihinsel ve duygusal bir yük haline gelir.

Bu problem genellikle birden fazla faktörün birleşimiyle ortaya çıkar:
- Psikolojik baskı: Performans kaygısı, başarısızlık korkusu, adrenalin artışı kan akışını olumsuz etkiler.
- İlişki problemleri: Duygusal kopukluk, bastırılmış öfke ya da güven eksikliği cinselliği engeller.
- Depresyon ve özgüven kaybı: Değersizlik hissi cinsel isteği azaltır.
- Geçmiş travmalar: İlk deneyimlerdeki olumsuzluklar cinsel reflekslerde kapanma yaratabilir.
